How do I return an item?

Rack Shack offers the following Hassle Free 30 day Return Policy:

For Defective / Damaged / Incorrect Merchandise:
Please notify us immediately of any defective/ damaged/incorrect merchandise. Please keep the item(s) and any packing materials that came with your shipment. We will arrange the pickup of your defective/incorrect items or provide a return label for these items. Once the damaged or incorrect merchandise is received at our warehouse, the correct replacement items will be shipped to you free of any additional shipping charge.

For Unwanted Items / Exchanges:
Please email or call us at 1-855-548-4419 to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number (This is required for all returns). We will email an RMA number to be written on the package prior to returning.

Once receiving Return Authorization, you may ship the item(s) (in brand new resellable condition, with all tags attached, in its original packaging) within 30 days of your purchase date to the address provided in our return instructions.

Please email us tracking information. Once the merchandise is received and verified in brand new condition, we will issue a credit to your credit card or other payment means for the full original purchase price of the item(s) less shipping cost, or send out your exchange. Items returned in less than brand new condition (e.g., used, washed, etc.) will not be accepted under any circumstances, and will be returned to the original purchaser at his/her expense.

Returns Subject to a 10% Restocking Fees.

Please note: Undeliverable packages or unauthorized returns will be subject to the return shipping costs.

Refund Timing:

We will process your return within 1- 2 weeks of receipt and credit you back in the method you used to pay for your original order (2-4 weeks during the Christmas / New Years Holiday). If your credit has not been posted to your credit card or other payment means within this timeframe, please please email us at info.teamcomforters.com  or call us at 1-855-548-4419.
